For the generation and owner of the Pomoly brand, I believe that the majority of outdoor friends do not know very well. Below we will answer your doubts one by one:


In the beginning, Pomoly found that many Westerners advertised and promoted their tent stoves on major social media, but the official website did not clearly identify the investors and owners of the brand.

Therefore, most of the customers are deceived by its cool webpage, believing that this is a very powerful outdoor company in the United States.


In fact, Pomoly brand belongs to a company in Shenzhen, China, Shenzhen Bailu outdoor products Co., Ltd., established on March 3, 2020, with a registered capital of 1 million yuan, the legal representative is Yu Meng and the shareholder is Jiang Xincheng. After receiving the sample stove from Kapila in May 2020, pomoly carried out large-scale promotion and cooperation with bloggers on YouTube and Facebook, and gained a certain degree of popularity during the 2020 epidemic. After the two-pronged approach of production and sales, the demand for bulk orders was finally ushered in September, and the sales volume of orders increased to thousands of units in November, and the products were widely recognized by outdoor enthusiasts. However, Pomoly suddenly terminated the order in late November, and was unable to contact Pomoly's CEO Mr. Jiang for a while.

After Kapila CEO Mark repeatedly worked hard, the two sides finally met. Pomoly directly informed that in the future, the stove will be directly transferred to subordinate manufacturers to imitate, and will no longer take goods from kapila. When Kapila's CEO told Pomoly that you might be at legal risk, Pomoly showed a careless attitude. (It may be that Chinese law cannot govern their underground workshops). When Mark informed Pomoly that Kapila had already stockpiled millions in order to guarantee their supply, and asked if they could absorb it. Pomolysaid yes. If Kapila abandons the global market and unilaterally produces only for pomoly, they can consider continuing to purchase tent stoves. On the contrary, these goods can only be imitated by other suppliers!

Pomoly's request is very unreasonable, because the original ODM agreement stipulates that the buyer has only overseas sales markets outside of China and cannot interfere with the seller's Chinese market. In addition, the design patent of the tent oven is owned by Kapila. Unless authorized to use, the buyer has no right to manufacture and sell. So there was a big dispute between the two sides, and the cooperation fell into a deadlock...

Kapila CEO Mark was very disgusted with such dishonesty behavior, and categorically rejected pomoly's unreasonable request.
